Project Proposal Document: A detailed project which will be submitted to you.
The Proposal document will fulfill 3 functions:

1. Clarify the scope of Work for the project
2. Establish the time scale for completion
3. Provide a full and detailed commercial proposal

Approval: On receipt of the proposal, your are in a position to make a decision to proceed with the project or not.

Development: Once the proposal document has been signed off by the client, we will begin work on completing the project. For larger projects stage reports are provided.

Completion: On completion the product will be forwarded to the your specified destination for incorporation into their systems. Project finalisation and fine-tuning.
